Black Letters is an Alternative Rock/Dream Pop act from India. Their debut album “Shapes On The Wall” released in 2014 is one of the well-received rock records in the Indian music scene. Inspired by the lush soundscapes of Dream Pop, Synth Pop, and various electronic styles, the band has taken a turn from their previous Arena Rock style to a sound that could be their own.
Considered as 'An Artist to Watch out for' by The Rolling Stone Magazine in 2012, Black Letters is one of the most appreciated bands in the country that has played some of its biggest festivals. “Shapes On The Wall” has over 1,00,000 plays, and the tune "You Say" was featured as the promotional song of the Malayalam film "Anchu Sundarikal”.
“Petrichor" is their highly anticipated new record out on 19th December 2015. The first single titled 'Phila' was out on August 21 along with a music video that gathered praises from fellow musicians and fans from across the country.
